Single Detached House Remain Strong 1st Quarter

176 single detaches homes sold in the Central Okanagan in March, an increase of 29% over last year.
Inventory is down 11% compared to this time last year. We expect activity to ease off in the 2nd quarter 
as we deal with social distancing and business shut down due to Corona Virus, but activity won't completely tail off either.
We expect activiity to pick up in conjuction with economic activity increasing when social distancing rules are relaxed.
